At S.S.M college. we always strive to create an environment in which each individual is encouraged to step beyond the confines of the academic and administrative disciplines to explore newer vistas. Our placement cell was conceptualized and initiated taking into consideration the desire of the students to utilize the education and vocational training that they received within the campus in the environment. Number of institutions/organization visiting University campus for placements are increasing every year. With every coming year the number of placed students is multiplying itself. Students of current year sitting for placements been facilitate with all the placement news and tips time to time through the e-group. All the SSM College students join this group with there working e-mail ids. The gndu-placement group handle all the queries and updates the students continously which are directly handled by the Placement Authorities.

The cell is managed by students under the 'GUIDANCE' of a competent faculty. The enthusiastic participation of the students in all the recruitment drives acted as a fuel to drive cell forward. The rate at which the placement cell is growing, it is quite evident that being aligned to the 'VISION' of our 'S.S.M COLLEGE', it will keep on providing a much higher platform to the students every year to bend their talent for the service in the 'CORPORATE SPHERE'.
The 'PLACEMENT CELL' under the supervision of 'Prof-. Sunny' serves as an interface between the students and the corporate world apart from bringing various 'COMPANIES' to the campus, the placement cell also organizes talks, seminars and workshops for the collective student. ACTIVITIES:

A Placement cell has been started from the academics year 2012.This greatly facilitates the interaction of the students in the final year with the representatives from the COMPANIES, INSTITUTIONS, BANKS. Who visit the college to recruit students for suitable jobs. Thus the students can enter the job market as soon as they graduates from the college.
