Our College has taken a number of initiatives to develop and strengthen the skills and abilities of the students in diversified areas, which are needed to survive in the fast changing and competitive world. Professional environment also demands certain fundamental characteristics from employees such as personality traits, behavioral patterns and social attitudes in order to face collaborate and administer challenges effectively. Hard skills are a person’s technical competency which could be attained over a short period of time. However, soft skills are challenging skills that could only be acquired through constant training and practice for which the students has to undergo through rigorous and constant training organized by the college.
