Registration starts before declaration of results and Admission starts after declaration of results. Applicants can approach for Admission both in online & offline modes by submitting the following documents:

• Original Certificates and DMC of lower class.
• Character Certificate from the Head of the School or College last attended.
• Residential proof.
• Copy of the Aadhaar Card.
• Original Migration Certificate of the Board/University.
• Official & Original category certificate in SC/BC cases.
• Punjab Domicile.
• Supporting certificates from competent authorities in case of caste-certificate & low-income certificate.
• For proficiency in sports/extra-curricular activities, relevant certificates must be submitted.
• Six Passport size black & white photographs.

The admission of a candidate shall be deemed valid only after the Principal's signature on the admission form granting admission. The Principal reserves with himself the right to grant or refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason. Rules for Basic Punjabi in lieu of General Punjabi at the Degree Level:

• Non-Resident Indians.
• Those who have passed Metric and/or Senior (+2) Examination with Punjab History and Culture in place of General Punjabi.
• Residents of other States whose mother tongue is not Punjabi and who have not studied Punjabi at any level.

General Instructions:

• During each academic year a student has to attend 75% of the total lectures delivered in each subject.
• Every student has to secure 50% of marks in each subject/paper and 60% in aggregate in the house examinations.
• Fines will be imposed to students on being absent from classes & from House Tests.
• Special fine for Mass bunks & for not paying dues on due date.
